As we continue to actively monitor the power outages in China (click here for article), supporting our customers continues to be our top priority. Shanghai Optics is diligently working to minimize the disruption in our ability to serve all of our customers. We have applied to a growing government list of companies seeking to restore full power. This letter is part of an ongoing effort in keeping our customers informed of important information regarding their orders and production.
As of 09/30/21, we have added additional shifts to assuage the reduced production capacity situation. To avoid delays, it is expedient for the customer to make a decision on placing an order as soon as possible.
